Policy

Cancellations/Rescheduling

A deposit is required to book an appointment (deposit will count towards the procedure). Rescheduling must be done 3 days prior to your appointment in order to avoid losing your deposit. Rescheduling must only be done ONCE. There are no exceptions for cancellations.

Late & No Shows

If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be considered a no show and both your appointment and deposit will be forfeited. If you no call and no show, you will be charged the entire amount of the service. I understand that emergencies happen, but please let me know if you will not make it to your appointment.

Guests

Due to safety and sanitary reasons, please no guests, children, or pets in the treatment room. There is a waiting area for guests as well as shops and restaurants nearby.

Previous Work

If you have previous work done on your brows by a different artist, you must send in clear pictures via text or email, or schedule for an in person consultation PRIOR to booking online. If you do not inform me that you've had previous work done and book for new brows, I may not be able to work on your brows and your deposit will be forfeited.
